Can't you wash yourself more than once a week? Why? I'll explain. Your skin is covered with a thin layer of lipids that protect you from microbes and allergens. When you wash yourself with soap, you simply wash away this protection. I've heard about this, by the way. Yes, it's been proven for a long time. So, I started washing myself once every eight weeks. Now I wash myself once every half a year if I freeze badly. And during this time, I stopped sweating. I don't burn in the sun now. I stopped scratching myself, and even my vision improved. Cool.
